Never find yourself wondering why you never thought to take a picture...

My name is Marixa Namir Andrade and I'm a self-taught photographer in Alvin, Texas.

I like photography. I like to experiment with it, travel with it, have fun with it!

My goal is to document people, events, and life by using photography as a tool. 

I don't like to limit myself with photography mainly because I'm curious and I like adventure. I love working with natural light and I like to push people out of their comfort zone for at least 1 picture. 

When I shoot people:

My goal is to encourage you to let your creative side come out and feel confident about your charm. If you are up for fun and would like to try to portray an idea of yourself you had only imagined, you are the client for me!

Why take photos?

There's always a good excuse for photos; it's investing in memories rather than investing in things. Why? because we think back to people and places, but hardly ever do we think or miss things we had!

Other things to know about me: 

I was born in Yuriria, Guanajuato, Mexico and grew up speaking Spanish.  I like to travel, so don't be afraid to ask if I would travel for your event! I like languages, getting involved in social issues in my community, I like to cook, to dance, and gardening.
